This seldom happens but if the mats you receive don't fit, as per our Return & Refund Policy, you get a free replacement correcting the fitment issue without needing to return the original mats. If the replacement mats still don't fit, you get a full refund no questions asked.

The mats are fabulous. Look great. Easy to install reasonably priced. Customer Service not so good. The phone number supplied is continuously a fast busy. Emails from Lucy's are very generic. I was very frustrated never able to reach a live person.
