Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

At Luxus Car Mats, each set is meticulously crafted to your vehicle’s exact specifications.

Because of this bespoke production process, our policies are designed to reflect the custom-made nature of every order while ensuring a fair and transparent experience.

 


 

Custom-Made Orders

All Luxus Car Mats are made to order based on the vehicle details and configuration selected at checkout.

As production begins immediately after an order is placed:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed
  • Products are non-refundable by default

By completing your purchase, you confirm that all vehicle and configuration details provided are accurate.

 


 

Refund Eligibility (Fitment Guarantee)

We stand behind the precision of our products.

If your mats do not fit your vehicle correctly:

  1. Our team will review your case based on photos or videos provided
  2. A free replacement set will be produced and shipped
  3. If the issue persists after replacement, a full refund will be issued

Please note:

  • Improper installation does not qualify as a fitment issue
  • Our team will guide you through proper installation before proceeding with a replacement

 


 

Installation Support

In many cases, fitment concerns are resolved through correct installation.

Customers are required to:

  • Follow our installation guidelines
  • Ensure existing mats are removed
  • Secure the mats using provided clips or Velcro where necessary

Returns for Custom Products

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not standard practice.

However, if a return is exceptionally approved:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • A restocking fee of up to 40% of the order value will apply
  • Return shipping and packaging costs remain the customer’s responsibility

This fee reflects the materials, craftsmanship, and non-resalable nature of custom-made goods.

 


 

Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, uncollected, or returned to us for any reason:

  • The order remains non-refundable in full, as it was custom-produced
  • Customers may choose between:
  • Reshipment (applicable shipping fees apply), or
  • partial refund, subject to:
  • Up to 40% restocking fee
  • Return shipping and handling costs

Refusing delivery does not cancel a custom order.

 


 

Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate vehicle details
  • Correct shipping information

Luxus Car Mats is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information submitted at checkout.

 


 

Shipping & Returns

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

In the case of an approved return:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 business days after inspection.

 


 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

If such charges are refused:

  • The shipment may be returned or abandoned
  • This will be treated under our Refused Delivery Policy

 


 

Package Protection (Optional)

For added peace of mind, we offer optional package protection through our partner, Shiptection.

If selected at checkout:

  • Claims for lost or stolen packages are handled directly by Shiptection
  • Customers must submit claims via www.insureship.com

 


 

Lost Parcels

If package protection is selected:

→ Refunds or replacements are handled by Shiptection

If package protection is not selected:

→ We will provide a free replacement, but refunds are not issued

 


 

Color & Design Selection

As each order is produced according to your selected configuration:

  • Returns based on color or design preference are not accepted

If you are unsure, we encourage you to contact us before ordering for additional images or guidance.

 


 

Refund Processing

Where applicable, refunds are issued via the original payment method.

In certain cases (e.g., after extended timeframes), a PayPal account may be required to complete the refund securely.
