As per our Return & Refund Policy and the custom-made nature of the products we sell; we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed on the website.

Secondly, given that our mats cover up to 95% of your vehicle's floor, including the sidewalls of the center console and the door sills, they act as a "trap" for dirt/debris which can't get in contact with your vehicle's floor, unlike traditional mats that only cover the base surface of the vehicle's floor thus keeping it fully protected at all times.
