I drive a 2021 bmw x3m40i: I recieved my mats and was excited to see how they fit in my car. Upon putting them in my car I had a few issues. The fit was sub par. Parts of the mats had Velcro but they were not in the correct locations to adhere to the carpeted floor of the car. It created a persistent and noticeable scratching noise I did not like. Secondly, the mat came with tabs to be tucked under door trim panels. Most of the tabs were able to be tucked under the trim but a few were not in the correct areas therefore the tabs did not properly fit under the cars trim. They still do not fit and as a result the mats are semi “floating” for lack of better words. They are not flush against the cars carpet so when you step on them, you can feel the gap before you feel the floor. Secondly, my car has rear floor vents that are covered because of this “floating” I have explained. There are no tabs or Velcro used to secure the mats to the floor. I will include videos and photos to show what I mean. Overall I’m not satisfied, especially seeing as the company considers themseleves a luxury company and their customer service is extremely poor. The owner of the company reached out and asked how I liked my car mats and I explained everything I explained here with no response whatsoever.
Floor mats were in mint condition and made the car look super elegant
I was a little nervous about buying mats online and they took a while to get delivered. But once they were. Dammmmm they were amazing. Super thick. They won’t get messed up easily or bent and scrunch up ugly. I LOVE them. And they don’t get as dirty (or maybe they do but it’s not as noticeable) which I love. I bought purple ones. It’s my favorite color. These were truly the best mats I’ve ever purchased. Highly recommend. Definitely worth the money.
Mats of very good quality. Fit especially in the rear was not that good and clips mostly useless on the NX.
Really good product, only long delivery time and production time.
