All Luxus Car Mats products are backed by warranty coverage against verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use, subject to the terms outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

All Luxus Car Mats products include a 2-Year Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Our Double-Layer and Twin-Diamond Series mats are additionally backed by our Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser under normal personal use.

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty coverage:

• The product must have been purchased through our official online store
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided
• The issue must be verified by our team as eligible under this policy

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, please contact our support team and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the affected area of the product

Our team will review your claim and provide the next steps.

Replacement Policy

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a replacement for the affected product.

Replacement products will match the original order whenever possible. If the original product, color, or configuration is no longer available, a comparable product of equal or greater value may be provided at our discretion.

All warranty claims are reviewed by our team to determine eligibility under this policy.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

• Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or abuse
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
• Accidents, collisions, physical impact, cuts, tears, dents, or cracks
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme environmental conditions
• Theft, loss, or intentional damage
• Commercial, racing, or non-personal use
• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Cosmetic aging, including minor creasing, fading, compression marks, or texture changes over time

Additional Notes

• Minor variations in texture, finish, stitching, or material appearance may naturally occur due to the custom manufacturing process
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
• Fitment-related concerns are handled separately under our 30-Day Fitment Guarantee policy
