Luxus Diamond Base Series Trunk Mat | Black & Green Stitching

So the trunk mat couldn’t fit the space any less. It’s like it was built for a completely different car. I have been waiting more than a week and no response other than we’re looking into it. I sent a pic proving my issue so what’s to look into? Refund my purchase or ship the right product, there is no other options.

They asked for pictures and I sent an actual diagram from Mercedes of the trunk which has a refrigerator unit in it. They shipped the trunk mat without a cut out for the refrigerator. I have been told that it is “under review” for approx two weeks and so far nothing has been done to ethier refund the cost or replace it with mats that have the correct measurements. The interior fits great for my S560 and I previously purchased mats for my wife’s AMG GLS 63 and they fit great as well. Will wait to see how they rectify my S560 trunk mat issue before ordering for my additional vehicles.

Overall this is a good product, but because it was folded many times to package for shipping, it has retained creases in the mat which don’t look good. Additionally, there were no slits incorporated for the d-rings in the cargo space restricting the use of the cargo net. This is a feature on the Lloyds Mat that this was going to replace. Not so sure I can use it now.

The right rear back corner was not made to fit. It is too short.

Over all the fitt nice, 2.nd row mat slightly little too big but okay. In the boot perfect.
Driver side mat, only big disappointment is the heal resting square/piece. It's too far backwards, should be more frontwards.

Has a nice look. Took a little work to install the driver and passenger mats. The car has mat button holders for the original mats that come with the car. These mats do not have holes for those. So there are bumps in the front mats. Also the driver mat has that extra protection velcro square where the heel of your shoe, rests near the gas peddle, which troublesome. Had to add some extra adhesive strips to help the corners lay more effectively. The second row seat floor mat fit nicely and was easy to install. Again used the included velcro strips to help adhere a few sections down. Is it a perfect custom fit, no. Does it work, yes. Looks good once installed. Since it is leather, it does show the dust and dirt from your shoes from the get go. But can be wiped off.

Very high quality mat. Looks great. Downside is the mats are made in China and take forever to get to the US. For a company that says they are in Wyoming, it is a real disappointment to find out that everything they sell comes form China.

I liked it so much I wound up ordering the 360 degree trunk mat. Waiting on delivery. My car floor mats are also great.

The trunk mat doesn't' cover as much of the truck as desired however it does match the other mats.
