  4. Only products that are a poor fit will receive replacements. No style or colors will be changed. The replacements shall be sent based on your actual order.
  5. After your replacement’s been issued, we’ll check whether it fits as per the product description. If it does, we’ll close the case.
  6. However, if your replacement mat is unsatisfactory even then, a refund will be issued for the order you’ve placed as per company policy.

Please note that all rights to send replacements are fully reserved by us. We may also request images for checking the reasons behind the unsatisfactory performance of the product.

We intend to give a prompt response to improper fit claims within a maximum period of five days, along with various installation suggestions. In case your product requires production investigation, the complete process may take around seven days since templates will have to be updated. In a few cases, we may need to contact car manufacturers for due verification of the measurements.
