At Luxus Car Mats, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products
subject to these terms & conditions
- All Luxus Car Mats come with a 2-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.
- This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use.
- Double-Layer and Twin-Diamond Series mats are backed by our Lifetime Warranty.
Eligibility and Proof of Purchase
To be eligible for warranty service:
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
- The product must have been purchased through our official online store.
- Pre-existing manufacturing and material defects present before the delivery of the car mats are covered by the warranty.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is submitted within the applicable warranty period and is approved:
- We will issue a replacement of the same product.
- If the original product is no longer available, a comparable product of equal or greater value, model, or color will be provided.
- Luxus Car Mats reserves the right to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or servicing
- Improper installation or use
- Accidents, physical impact, drops, dents, tears, or cracks
- Fire damage, water exposure, or other environmental conditions
- Theft, loss, or improper fitting
- Wear and tear on face materials, trims, or footplates
- Normal deterioration or aging from regular use
