As the world begins to feel the effects of COVID-19 we’re making some changes to how we operate so that we can truly focus on the safety of our employees and all of our amazing customers.

Shipping times:

Some packages are taking longer than usual to be delivered due to flight restrictions, delays and more strict custom checks. 

The current coronavirus outbreak is disrupting global supply chains and causing inevitable delays for cargo transportation across the world, even Amazon is affected, Amazon Prime is experiencing delays of up to 1 month for items that usually take 2 days to deliver (source: https://nypost.com/2020/03/23/amazon-prime-deliveries-delayed-up-to-a-month-amid-coronavirus/)

All orders will be assigned a valid tracking number offered by our shipping partners; please note that your tracking number could be subject to delays in updating due to the current disruption in worldwide logistics.

COVID-19 delays:

As global logistics are facing unprecedented delays due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the delivery of your Luxus Car Mats is subject to delays of up to 14-30 business days depending on the destination country.

Please allow extra time for your delivery.

Our team is doing its absolute best to get orders dispatched as soon as possible to avoid any further delays for our customers however as you can appreciate, once it is in the hands of the courier, it is out of ours.

Delayed or lost packages:

We will provide a refund or replacement as soon as possible if any package is lost for a lengthy period of time and the carrier fails to contact us or can not track it.

We monitor all packages every day and any problems are submitted for review to our shipping partners. Some of our shipping partners might take longer than usual to track lost or delayed packages.

An investigation update from our shipping partners is necessary for us to process a replacement or refund as the vast majority of packages will have their shipping status updated and be successfully delivered after an investigation has been opened by the shipping company.

Our distribution center has always followed strict hygiene practices that are adhered to everyday, however, we have placed additional steps for sanitization and hygiene including social distancing protocols from our leading medical experts to ensure a safe environment for packaging & shipping. 

Furthermore, the World Health Organization has reported that the virus stops being active beyond 2-3 hours on packages.
