Luxus Car Mats™ needs around 5 to 7 days for processing an order. If any additional data is needed, your delivery may be delayed by a bit.

For ensuring that your order is delivered with an accurate product in the lowest possible time, please ensure that your car details are provided accurately when you place your order. If any special details about your car have to be added, please do make use of ‘Other Details’ for feeding in the corresponding data. 

However, please note that a few countries may block parcels while at the border for conducting security checks or imposing import taxes. This can again, increase the estimated delivery time. Based on the legislation in force in your country, a few will impose import taxes as well. Since all these charges are imposed by the government, they are entitled to every penny of it. In case you fail to clear these payments, your parcels could wind up being held for over 90 days, due to the payment issue. Your refund or return process could be delayed due to this, which could possibly disqualify your eligibility for the refund policy.
