SHIPPING DELAYS NOTICE:
Although COVID-19 cases have decreased lately, global logistics still have not fully recovered and are still facing unprecedented challenges due to the current circumstances involving wars, inflation, and increased pressure on air freight.
Some packages are taking longer than usual to be delivered due to flight restrictions, delays, and more strict custom checks.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order delivery is subject to delays of up to 15-30 business days (on top of the standard shipping times announced on our website) depending on many factors over which we have zero control.
Please allow extra time for your delivery. Your Luxus Car Mats™ will be worth the wait.
Delayed or lost packages:
We will provide a refund or replacement as soon as possible if any package is lost for a lengthy period of time and the carrier fails to contact us or can not track it.
We monitor all packages every day and any problems are submitted for review to our shipping partners. Some of our shipping partners might take longer than usual to track lost or delayed packages.
An investigation update from our shipping partners is necessary for us to process a replacement or refund as the vast majority of packages will have their shipping status updated and be successfully delivered after an investigation has been opened by the shipping company.
